I finally got a drill bit for this kit, really liking the results. The wood was marked Norfolk, part of a package of blanks @Edgar sent me.
turned easily with sharp carbide. Its got some fantastic grain details and chatoyancy. Sanded thru 600, Mylands sanding sealer,Yorkshire grit, then MyIands friction polish. Final buffing with some carnuba. Added a Schmidt P900 refill. Smooth! Need to work on my camera skills, All I have is android phone.
