Funnel Box

It don't always go as planed, at least the top and finial came out OK, but what was suppose to be the box, became a funnel. Strange, never had this happen before!!!

To support your report (story, fabrication, perhaps embellishment of the turning plan), just turn a "new" bottom piece, perhaps of a nice contrasting color. Glue it in place. Maybe even turn a ring of that same contrasting color wood, so that it mounts to the lid. Now, your newly designed masterpiece is ready for public display!

To restate the above once more... Plan B often turns out much better than expected. I hope to see the new masterpiece here soon.
