Fountain Pen

What's the smallest cartridge style Fountain Pen kit available? I have a female customer with small hands that's interested in a good quality pen that is small enough to feel comfortable.

I'd say the Flat Top American from Berea. Turned B2B, It's a pretty slim pen. I can go out to the garage/shop in the AM and measure one if it would help.

I think would also be a good choice. Most of the smaller/mid size fountain pens are going to have a similar sized grip/section. Many would actually be interchangable.

The PSI designer elite is the smallest because the ends taper down to Euro size. It is basically a Euro with modifications. This kit is a pain though because of the step drilling required (unless you buy their drill bits).

for gold I'd go for the "gold standard" for silver finish the Americana in rhodium
