Thought I would post a picture of my son with C.C. Deville of Poison. We got a chance to meet him recently. What a standup guy.Really nice and he spent about 15 minutes talking to me and my son, mostly my son.Trying to get him to get a guitar.A really interesting and very nice person. We had a chance to meet him on his bus(where he lives on tour).Very nice! And he went above and beyond to make us welcome. He gave my son candy and was just a really nice guy.Changed my view of rock stars completely.

My son likes Slash from Guns N Roses, he want a top hat and everything. His first lick was the intro to sweetchild of mine.... Could care less that his father plays,... go figure.

My son likes slash also.It was an interesting night to say the least. Most of the women at the concert need to remember how old they are when they dress for a concert if you know what I mean.:RockOn:

LD, both my son and Daughter are into the new punk, and my son is a Clown Posse freak. I raised them on Blues, Jazz stuff like Wes Montgomery, Les Paul, Chet Atkins, but I even like Slash, I think he rates in the top of the Rock guitarists, He's as fast as Steve Vai, has the form of Al Dimeola and is as accurate as As Steve Satrani, But also keep in mind I'm a 64 year old FREAK, It doesn't matter what you play, they find their own tune,
Every once in a while my son will bring his stuff over and he and his sister can get some cross work Jazz Blues rock that sounds pretty good, I sit staring at an Ovation case, an Epiphone Rivera and an Alveraz classic, and cant play a darned note, I'm about to take an old Yamaha tune to open E and play slide till my hand heals.
