Well it appears despite my attempt to keep it hidden, based on some emails I received, people I don’t know are visiting my web site and wanting to buy things.

As I visit people i drop off cards and show off my work. Im often asked, “hey what else to you have and make besides the pen you have in your handâ€. I always carry cards and a 3 ring binder with color photos of some items, literature, invoices etc as well. All I want from my site at this time is to be an electronic extension of my card,
me and some sort of general product listing.

Im not ready or willing yet to spend a lot of time in maintaining the site, or turning it into a real eCommerce place. Of course that would change with the first zillion dollar order. Yes I know I wont get that until I fix the site, but I don’t want to fix it until I get it….

In the past week or so ive had to rework and clean it up a little, ok a lot. I still have more to do and If more people find me, I’ll have to clean it up even faster. I might even have to post some decent pictures. Ahh the cost of fame and fortune.

Because my meds only kick in at certain times, I probable have a bunch of broken links and other things that are glaring Boo Boos that I think are fine.

If anyone has any free time I would appreciate it if you could check it out, let me know what you think and see if everything works.

Thanks……………pete

I like the site. It is easy to get around, easy to find items, etc... Might want to add an easy method of payment (i.e. paypal) for your sales. You could handle them like the IAP classifieds (first come first served)... I especially like the descriptions you get when you click on the images of the items for sale. Very nice...

Andy, Gerry thanks for the comments.

Travis thanks, link fixed,
you win the BMW i put aside for the first one to find something broken,
what color do you want.....[}:)][:D]

Pete, site looks good, sorry I hadn't visited it before......really easy to navigate too.

I must ask you something, when did you come to my house and have my cat pose for you??????? They look exactly the same down to the black spots on the nose.

Nice site but on the Care page the following is duplicated:
Because it is wood, it will expand and shrink with temperature. The wood may even show hair line cracks. Over time the color may change, it usually darkens and gets a warm tone to it. None of these changes effects the operation of the pen or pencil. It just adds character and charm as the pen ages.

Pete,
I've visited you sight a couple of times and really like the opening page. Overall a very professional and interesting sight. Thanks for the lead to Dan Bean. I just picked up a jointer from him this week and have him scouring the countryside for a few other tools to add to my collection.

Site looks good. If you've got a problem with people coming to your site, then you can just redirect them to mine! [:D]
I get traffic, but no sales yet.

Thanks for checking folks..

Becca..lol "lucky" has figured out that every time i turn on the spot lights its warm. So she thinks it her own personal sun room. Of course she doesnt care if im in the middle of taking a picture, as you can tell.

Eric..thanks... the old cut and past one too many times

LEAP. Here's part of a note Dan sent me
He's got a huge garage (must be 30 x 50) stuffed to the rafters with table saws (at least 30), band saws, radial saws, scroll saws, jointers, lathes........and that's just the woodworking stuff. Most of it fall into the vintage category. A minimum of 20 chain saws, rototillers, weedwackers, more and more.
The funny part his wife told him to get rid of it before he dies....she doesnt want to get stuck with it ...LOL

Martyb.. ill send you everything over 1 million in sales....[:D] I only have $999,999,999.99 to go.

OK Travis Ill put you in my will, you'll get it as soon as HE recalls my "lathe" which could be soon.
Dont think theres any parts available to fix my model anymore....[:D][:D]

and to answer the email, yes all the stories are true, including the chipmonk attack.
Even with my "medicinal only permit" i couldnt make this stuff up....lol

thanks...again
