It's been a while since I've done one of these so I thought I'd try another. The others were on a black background so I thought I'd try something different to lighten up the pen. I'm not too disappointed in this but I think I like the black better. Questions and Comments Welcome.

Yes, Kenny .... the stamp goes very well with that pen kit.

Did you have to bend the fishing fly to the contour of the pen blank ? . I assume that it is a cast blank ?

It seems to be a very small fly .

I didn't need to bend the fly. This one is small enough that I could put it on at an angle and everything went well. Sometimes I have to twist the feather on the hook to get everything to follow the contour of the tube.

Kenny

I know fishermen like to brag but isn't it supposed to be about the size of the fish ????

Really impressive work there and totally different to anything I've ever seen before, great concept.

To be honest I didn't come up with the fly idea on my own. Several years ago I saw them here in the IAP. I did have the idea to put the fly on a stamp. I don't know if I'm the only one but I hadn't seen one before. Although I like the idea of fly fishing I've never pursued it. I'm too afraid it would be another hobby that would occupy too much time. Ha like this one!!
