The dirty buggers did it to me again ... box arrived missing most of the contents. The worst part of it is they REFUSE to admit that it might even remotely be their fault. The clerk even had the gaul to try and blame customs for the damage and loss ... I shut her up fast when I reminded her that they have to put a seal on any package they open stating it was opened and the reason it was opened. There are only two possible reasons for the items to be missing 1 - The box was damaged and they fell out and got lost or 2 - A not so honest employee stole them. In both cases my boxes did not so signs of serious mishandling which leads me to believe they were stolen.

What ever happened to personal honesty and integrity? Not good when you can't trust our national postal systems without taking extra measures all the time.

IAP has some of the best vendors anywhere and they should not have to swallow the loss nor should the purchasing member. I would like to ask everyone here in IAP that sells something to make sure they seal all edges and joints of boxes before they ship them so we don't have these problems.

Venting feels good but doubt anything will change much ...

Won't make you feel any better... but;

Get the sender to open a claim with Canada Post or USPS, an insurance claim should be opened asap.

Just remember, like everywhere else in the world, there are good people and bad people.

Hope everything gets sorted out.

Gofer. I don't know how Canadian Post is now . but when I drove a truck into Canada 15 years ago. the co, was so worried about the mail , as a driver, the
co. would fine us the load revenue if we mailed the billing paperwork from Canada. I feel for ya.
