How did you get my bandsaw out of my shop and into yours?[:D] That's the same one I have.

I see one of your 3D stoppers on your lathe but what is the wood doing there? Is that an extension of the live center?

Nice bag of money by the way. Can't wait to see what you make with them.

I do not even have one bag of money[:(]. Did y'all notice all of the acrylic blanks lined up on the floor? Someones keeping busy.[:D]

Mike

Yeah, I'm working on a 400 pen blank order of EPR...gotta get it out the door before I'm off to the AAW Symposium.

Bruce...have a look at my EPR stopper turning tutorials and you'll see what that wood block is for.

Doug,

No, that did not come up during the purchase transaction. Your note was the first I've seen of these usage restrictions. I doubt that they are enforced as there are several commercial outfits selling this same stuff (in smaller packages), without any restrictions noted in their advertising. I’ll look into it further and let you know if anything comes up.

YoYo,
It is possible I misread something. After looking at that bag'o money.. I went to the dept of engraving and printing site and did some looking around. Under the mulated/shredded section, it listed the steps needed to get a bag.

YoYo, Seems we were on the same site just in different locations. I was looking for how many hoops to jump through to get a bag. Looks like there are no hoops to jump through.
Thx for the link.

Hey Ed, careful what you show in your pics. They got your number [:D]
I was impressed they picked up on the 2000 blanks on the floor [:p]

At first I thought those were a colorful throw rug (in the first picture). BTW, what do you use for a mold when casting so many blanks? I also like your dust device. It is similar to my Lok-Line setup. I find it really helps to keep the place clean. [:D]

Man, What a rip off! The engraving department pays to have that stuff destroyed by the trailer load. My brother used to work at a large trash to energy incinerator and every couple of months a trailer would come in and dump tons of shredded money. A lot of it was new bills that had been messed up in the printing process. They hated processing the cash. It was slippery and would not travel well on the conveyors. It took days to clean up the mess.
