The blank is one of the dyed blanks from @Benpen. Came out beautifully. Kit is the Rollester in Gun Metal finish. Turned between centers, CA glue finish (mercury glue, glu-boost accelerator). It's actually my first pen with a cap. All my others have been twist or click pens, and a pencil.

I spend a lot of time with calipers, getting as precise as possible, as nothing bothers me more than finishing a beautiful blank with clunky-feeling transitions to the kit pieces upon assembly. So this one I got less than 2 thousandths of an inch, and the transition at tip feels especially nice. Slightly annoyed that the clip diameter is smaller than the postā€¦ but it's fine lol.

Probably my 20th-ish pen since picking this hobby up about a year ago. Been very fun, I've learned an enormous amount, mostly either from this forum or learning the hard way šŸ˜‚

Comments/suggestions are welcome!

Nice work. The precision pays off. Ben's blanks are great to work with.

I completely agree with you regarding clips being a different diameter being annoying. Lots of kits are like that, so we live with it.
