Pasta in white and black PR. The yellow looking ones aren't really yellow. The mold had yellow remaining on it from a recent casting and it came off on these. It's just on the outside of the blanks.

Coffee in white PR. You can see in the first ones where I didn't realize that coffee floats. I'll still get a single barrel out of em. The PVC tubes in the pic actually contain stubborn coffee blanks which need a little coaxing.

Shredded Money. These came out great.

Various Snakeskins: Python, Viper, Rattler, Cobra
Several different tube sizes were used.

Hi, great looking castings. Would you mine sharing your process of putting the wooding dowels in the pen barrel of the snake skins and what the blue stuff is on each end of the pen barrel.

I wrap the ends of the dowels with blue masking tape to get a snug fit in the tubes. This also allows me to reuse the dowels most of the time since the resin doesn't get to it. The reason for the dowels is so that I can center the tubes in the molds.

Lookin good!! Can we see a picture of the mold set up with the blanks in it with the dowels? I am having a hard time understanding how you cast those without having resin all the way down the dowel.
