Cigar Pen Bloodwood, I have several of these kits left to make. I wish they had some marks on bushing set so I didn't have to "head scratch" forever trying to figure it out and actually found the assembly instruction poor as well. Watched a video on assembly, good grief🤣
Most definitely a large pen!

Those are all Great looking Pens! The Bloodwood looks very chatoyant. I also really like both the Canary and Leopardwood. The Cigar style has always been one of my favorite kits. I mark my bushings using a Dremel tool with a thin cutoff wheel so I can keep them in order without having to measure them. I always start at the tip (nib?) end with number 1 and have the top (clip cap / finial) end as number 4.

Also, from the picture you can see that my Cigar bushings are in a set of 4. These are the Improved Fit bushings that Ed Brown from Exotic Blanks designed. The "improved fit" comes in because bushing #2 is 0.490" inches rather than the standard 0.527" inches. Here is a link to a post I made about them back in 2023 called "Cigar Turners - Check Your Bushings". It also has links to Ed's YouTube video, Cigar Pen Design Improvement, where he explains a lot more about them.

Thanks Dave, I have the same 4 bushing set from Exotic. I used a sharpie but will did out the Dremel (I never use it so this is a good use for it😊)
