I've been doing several Slimline kits with good success. I have done the CA finish with great results. My questions come from using this Shellawax Cream
that came with the package deal from PSI. I've never used a friction polish. The results I am getting are pretty darn good. Although not a High gloss.
This particular pen had 2 coats of the Gluboost Ultra thin as a sanding sealer, then follwed up with 400 & 600 grit. Then 2 sessions with the Shellawax.
More of a semi gloss. I dont think it looks bad and I'm OK with the end result. But, Is there another product I can use and get a higher gloss other than CA?
Thanks
Dave

A few coats of Melamine lacquer will give a glossy finish, but in my opinion it feels unnatural.
