Several weeks ago I posted about my attempt at casting an old hawaiian shirt. It came apart when turning.

I finally got around to making another attempt. I like the results, but am NOT a fan of the process. I wasted a buttload of resin from spilling while making this in a pipe. I'll try again with a slab mold...

The resin is clear, and I painted the drilled hole with Testors metal flake blue.

don, if you want to stick with the pipe casting you could try using a plastic funnel to pour with. I use one all the time transfering from my 5gal bucket to a smaller container. Never had a spill or eating away of the funnel. Looks great btw, kinda like the marbled ebonite.
