Finally a little lathe time

Been so busy at work I haven't turned on my lathe in almost two weeks. Finally got some time this afternoon...

Very nice. How do you get a perfect finish/sanding in the crease near the top?

That isn't really a crease. It's actually a V. I just fold the sandpaper in half and work it in there. I finished this one with friction polish. Same way with the paper towel. I just cram it in to the V as best I can. :biggrin:
