Feather blanks

Can anyone help me. I saw a thread where someone was doing a tutorial on feather blanks like the one Shane wrote on Feather Inlay / This weekends failures and success. I have been looking for it for 2 days now and can't find it again. Was it on IAP???? Thanks.

Here s a website for Shane Witlock who does a great job. I do think he posted his tutorial on IAP, but not sure where it is.
