Feather Blank - Tutoral

Is there a tutoral available for making feather blanks? I thought I remembered seeing one a few years ago, but cannot find it now.

I have two pheasants' full of feathers.

I have no intention of offering anything competing with JohnU. But, I would like to make a few for myself.

Wow... I looked at that! Unless John has some really good secrets to improve the process, I'm even MORE impressed. I've told him that his quality is stunning and the price is cheap, but holy cow. That looks just as time consuming as I pictured!
