Brett Favre has, according to reports on Wisconsin radio, announced he WILL RETURN for the 2007 football season!

All of Wisconsin can now breathe again.

(We have been instructed to "hold our breath" since the last game of the season, waiting for this news - not a lot happens in Wi!!)

Okay, the Bayou boy will be back playing in the snow again... Last couple of season weren't so good for him, not his fault... he's one of the good guys, along with Peyton and Vince... I watch 4 teams.. Packers, Titans, Colts and Texans..(Titans are still the Oilers to me, Texans are new home team from my Houston days, Colts have a Tennessee boy running the team and always like the Bayou boy.)

In Wisconsin, there are two seasons. Football season and waiting for Football season. Remember that hunting season is during Football season and not seperate.

Chris,
That is VERY true.

If WWIII breaks out and Brett Favre breaks a fingernail on the same day, the lead story will be Favre and it will take up half the newscast.

Your not watching the Super Bowl, Chris? I haven't kept up with football this year (turning instead) but I do like watching the Super Bowl.

BTW, I always liked Brett, hope he has a better season next year.

I went to college with Bear fans during their other Super Bowl. I could not bare watching them win another one. I also don't care for Peyton Manning. I don't know what it is, but I just don't like him.

If I knew the Bears would lose, then I would watch.

And the Tuna left Dallas. I'm not sure which of these announcements troubles me more. I like Brett, but I'm not sure he's making a wise move here. It's better to leave with them wanting more than to not leave with them wondering why you didn't... or worse yet, wanting you to go. Case in point, Vinny Testeverde and Drew Bledsoe.

Another Viking fan.[:)] I can't believe the packers beat us twice last year. Favre, please just go away. He does throw some pretty nice interceptions though.[:D]

Humm he an announcer for the peewee league?

Denile ain't just a river in Egypt.

As far as Wisconsin football is concerned, at least the Badgers won their bowl game.
