Well I know there have been several posts about the service and quality of Exotic Blanks (Ed & Dawn) maybe should have reversed that! :redface:
But I bought some blanks from them and the main purchase was for a wedding set (black Acrylic & Alternate Ivory) after turning the black pen I noticed what was either a small air bubble or white speck under magnifying glass appeared to be white speck. In any case I let Ed know not complaining, really my first solid black pen I turned and was curious as to whether this was something that was normal. Of course with my order I got FREEBIES! :good::biggrin: I was a little apprehensive even asking the question because I knew the response would be "we will make it right" and that is what they said! Another blank sent out right away with a note from Ed apologizing! Now for those that complain about service I recommend you use our member here FIRST! I have never been disappointed in anything I have bought from one of our members!

I second that sentiment, Dion. I've ordered from them and have also received some freebies! And on top of that, I received my order so quickly that I was beginning to wonder if they didn't live in my neighborhood! Will they get more of my business? H#!!, yeah!! Thanks, Dawn and Ed!! :biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:

While some of the websites claim that bubbles are "normal", we attempt to keep them out of our blanks. And we do not consider them "normal". However, in black they are a little hard to see:confused::confused: until after they are turned:):) which is too late to do anything but replace:biggrin::biggrin:!!

You know what they say, Beauty is in the eye of the beholder, But I am pretty sure Ed got sawdust in his first.
