Re: the overheating of the PSI mandrel system, I sent a message to EB. This afternoon, I received an RMA by email from Dawn Kizer at EB. I'll be packing it up and send it out Monday morning. Good customer service! I'll be adding to my blank inventory for the vendor mall.

I couldn't agree with you more. Dawn and Ed are top notch when it comes to knowledge, help, and customer service. I had the very good fortune of finally meeting them and many of their close associates in person at the MPG (Midwest Penturner's Gathering) in Chicago a couple of months ago. Their dedication and contributions to the penturning community goes much deeper than being a supplier. Exotic Blanks will always be my go-to, first choice whenever I am in the market for turning related materials. - Dave
