Ok here it is ........... This is the new mallee they just found and the government named. I cut up a few different burls and wanted to just show everyone. They range from a light brownish/red color with black streaking in it to almost a deep ruby color, most have some sort of black streaking in them. I didnt get the full 1000 kilos as I thought but there is enough to "share" I will list these after I make sure of their stability. By all indications its the most stable mallee yet.
Why is it that all you guys that 'find' this great type of wood always are a million miles from me and the rest of us here in the east? Will you have any of this 'find' to make available to the rest of us? []
