Warning: Rant below, read at own risk.
I had to place an order with one of the main suppliers because they were the only ones who had what I needed. Their shipping choices only involved UPS and I went with the cheapest one for $7.50. I received an email today that my items shipped through USPS, which normally would make me happy as they are faster. But the problem I have is that the items would fit in a small envelope and I know that the postage should only cost $4.75. I just don't understand why a company would operate like that. If they have the means to ship USPS, then I would think they could offer that. Instead they take $3.75 extra from me for something they don't provide.
Sorry for the rant but I cracked a blank and then see that email and it kinda burned me a little. I'm not naming the company because few like dealing with them and I don't want this to turn into a bash the company thread. And no, it's not Steebar, lol. Thanks for letting me rant, I actually feel better.
