Embedding Objects

i have tried everything I know to embed a inkjet print under resin. I have put packaged tap around the print, and the resin goes right through it. Any tips that might help??

You say that the resin goes right through the inkjet print. Does that destroy the print ? Did you try coating the pen and print with a layer of CA before casting it in resin ?

I have not tried the CA. I have tried applying "Resin Spray" with little success. I have seen some really nice pens made under the resin, but I have had little success.
