Email problem

I am have a email problem. I have tried to send a email to a customer service department and it come back undeliverable. So I called them and the sales girl sent me a email so I could reply back. So I tried that and it came back undeliverable. I have been sending emails to other people and receiving them. Its just this company. I have tried 3 different emails for them. None work.
Any ideas

Probably be quicker to call with the questions anyways. But would like the responce on record.

They could have your particular email service blocked or set to spam. You could setting up a different email address and try that. For instance if you use hotmail, try gmail or yahoo. Hope that helps.
 
Rich sometimes a server will refuse mail from particular other servers say Verizon or RR generally because they have received considerable spam from them that's not to say you but the company you use, easiest way around it is sign up for a free e-mail account with hot mail-goggle etc and use that to send the message and get their reply
