Elegant American Help

Somewhere I've seen a post on a technique to fix that nasty sharp edge on the center band of an Elegant American. Can somebody point me to it or offer their own suggestions. I did a search but came up empty.

edit: it's too bad Berea doesn't fix the sharp edges on the CB - it's otherwise a nice kit

That's it, thanks George. I searched using "Elegant American" but didn't come up with it. Don't know why. I guess I'll go raid the wife's fingernail polish stash. Sure wish Berea would address this problem.

I have gotten accepable results by merely sticking some fine sandpaper on a small thin stick, but not quite up to the edge (like a small emery board) and filing down the edges by hand. The edge of the stick rides on the black center while taking the sharp edges off the chrome bands. Just be sure that the sandpaper doesn't contact and mar the black center.
