Do you shoot left handed? Or are you left eyed?

I am a right handed guy, but since I am left eyed I shoot south-paw:biggrin:

The reason I ask the question is because of Ed's avatar. The guy is holding his gun lefty

Truth be told, I don't SHOOT!!!

Went trap shooting once, spent the next six weeks in physical therapy for a shoulder issue. Learned something.

My avatar is a "tribute" of sorts to growing up in Chicago suburbs, where I did use the limited "martial arts" I knew on a few occasions. The avatar is supposed to be a "mobster" with a "chopper". Terms that I knew as I grew up, but fortunately never had to encounter.

As to right or left eyed, it seems I could MISS the "birds" with either eye.

Thumb over thumb is for handgun shooting. When holding the firearm, my right hand is on the grip, the left overlaps the right and the left thumb goes on top of the right thumb for a better grip and also so you dont hurt your left thumb when the slide goes back.

I see, I was thinking rifle or shotgun and thinking... Man he has got some LONG fingers.
