First time I have seen this but I got a message from an ebay'er asking a question about an item. Question page looks officially from Ebay

When you go to respond by clicking the respond button it takes you to a login page that looks just like Ebay but the URL is not Ebay. Someone is trying to steal logins. Be aware if you are logging into Ebay your URL is actually Ebay.

Always best to use you own bookmark or type in the URL and not clicking on a link inside an email.

Just a friendly reminder.

If the message actually originated with eBay, a duplicate message will be on your eBay message folder.

I always respond to eBay inquiries through eBay's message reply option. This keeps all messages within their system.

Never respond to an eBay message from your email server.

I get those weekly. If you aren't sure, just hover your mouse over the link that they have. Invariably, you will see that it's not the official address of e-bay or the bank, or whomever was supposed to send it to you.

The same thing is going on with PayPal. They are sending out questions and wanting you to login and reply to keep your account "Open". Keep en eye on the url's and you will see the difference, plus they only show up in my "Junk" folder. I always go to the PayPal website to see if there is a hold on my account or any of the other items they are refering to.
