Lignum vitae (I think), tulip wood, hempwood, ebony, mystery wood, spalted tamarind, purple heart, and crosscut padauk.

any idea what this wood is?

How did you modify to not use the center band? Very nice pens.

How did you modify to not use the center band? Very nice pens.

I pressed the center band and tubes together and then turned the center band down to the size of the tubes.
