Dr. Who Pen???

Has anyone made a pen patterned after the Dr. Who show? I was thinking of using a pen part blank but don't know where to find them and also, if someone that makes watch part blanks could do a custom one with some Dr. Who things in it.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Search on eBay for Dr Who stamps and do a PR blank that would look cool.
