Downloading Articles from Library

When selecting an article to download from the Library Index /Menu, follow the information in the box below.

instructions to download articles! After clicking on a Library Menu Tab select an Article from the Menu Tab. You will then be transferred to the Articles Download page.
From that page select: Download in the upper Right hand corner of page, to retrieve the actual article. The download will then begin.

Is there a way to see an article or tutorial in-line instead of downloading it? Sometimes I'd just like to get an idea of the content of the article without downloading.
