My understanding with DNA is it dries the wood dries the oils in burls, etc. So if you went through the basic process of stabilizing a pen blank with DNA, let it sit for a day or two, could you then in turn stabilize it with Juice?

What effect would the alcohol have on the vacuum pump? Clean out any oil it touched. At least. How about being so flammable. I have thought of this many times too. But these concederations keep hitting me in the face. Safety must be first. Lets have safe fun.

If I understand you correctly, you want to quickly dry the blanks by soaking in DNA, letting the blanks dry for a few days, then stabilize them in your vacuum chamber with Juice. I see nothing wrong with this process except you would want to wait more than a few days to make sure all the NDA has evaporated from the blanks prior to stabilizing. Weighing them until the weight is stable is probably the best option.

My misunderstanding. I thought you wanted to pull the DNA under a vacuum. If thaty is what you meant I would think the DNA would boil away rapidly when you draw a vacuum.

DNA will boil off very quickly under vacuum and will be blowing very flammable exhaust out of the vacuum pump. I would not recommend this to anyone, it is just a bad idea. Now, if you want to dry the blanks by soaking in DNA and then letting them dry until ALL of the DNA has evaporated, there would be no issue.
