Wow, aren't you the lucky one. A new millionaire!! And so easy! The sad part is many people fall to these scams, and it is usually the ones who can least afford it. I woulkd forward this to the AG's office post haste.

I'm using all of my fingers and toes and I still can't count to sum of $1.1,000.000 US so I know it must be a lot of money! Congratulations and I agree with the post haste comment above! Help others who are a bit more gullible than you!

Chris

I got one similar, but didn't read it through.. I can read the gist of a message in outlook express before opening... mine was asking for usd290.. soon as I saw that line, deleted it. Be careful opening these types of emails... they sometimes have cookies that confirm your email as valid and you can become targeted.

I get one about every other day, along with all the UK lottery notices. I just figure I will leave it where it is. If I ever travel I have millions in every bank in the world. I'll carry copies of the e-mails I'm sure that will convince the bank managers.

Just for kicks, I always respond to those emails with an official looking email complete with letterheads and imagery that may or may not imply that it's from one of several different "agencies" that will remain nameless. It might just a coincidence, but I've gone from getting 2 or 3 of those letters a day to just 1 or 2 every other month or so.

I did keep one of these. It stated that my late great uncle Luciano Pavorotti left me $350 million in his will. I'm gonna have this one framed. [^]
