Diamond Knurl

The diamond knutl series from Exotic Blanks has to my favorite kits to make at the moment. The new antique finishes on the rollerballs are great.
Denim micarta paired with antique brass. I thought the finish was fitting, like the brass rivets on a pair of blue jeans.

Black Chrome with yellow damascus inlace. Took some practice, but was finally able to turn inlace without any issues.

It turns fairly easy, light passes at high speeds. I make my blanks with fiberglass resin and don't have any issues with the demon fraying or fuzzing up

Good to know, I purchased mine, but I think the person makes a lot of micarta, hopefully it's all good. Thank you.

That micarta looks really sharp with the brass. I might have to copycat that one.

I really like the micarta and brass.

Seeing this combo really helps me figure out what works well beyond the typical chrome/gold/gun metal finishes.

Yes, the brass made it look even better than I thought it would. The new antique finishes are excellent
