How do designs get made with acrylic blanks? The first one that comes to mind is the blue with white stars sold by PSI. I'm not trying to make their blank. What I would love to be able to do is to make an acrylic blank that would have the colors a person wants (scarlet and grey for me) with their name in the blank. So for me, a grey blank with scarlet letters that spelled 'Jim". The PSI blank is blue with white stars that appear to shoot out of the middle of the blank. They are really small towards the center of the blank and then get larger as they move outward.

Any thoughts/ideas? Is my idea even possible? If not, that's ok. Just trying to think of new things.

Thanks,

Jim in CA

As a thought...make some thin PR ribbons and form them into the letters you want (See Youtube) Them lay them into a 1x1x6 mold and pour with the main color.
