Hey guys! Ive been bored these days waiting for my polyester reins to dry and my metal lathe hasn't been fired up in a while so i was just wondering if anybody would be interested in dirt cheap dead centers. i think im going to order me some round stock this week and i might as well buy a larger section and save some money. they would just be the ones that mount in a Jacobs chuck but if there is enough interest, they would be like 12 buck shipped... also, before i make me some, does anybody else on the forums sell any? i would hate to be taking their business and i could spend my bored time watching paint dry and such if i could just buy one, thanks!

johnny CNC sells them.

I do sell MT1 and MT2 dead centers, they are different from what is being
offered here. These appear to be with a cylinder shank, to put in a drill
chuck or collet. Similar to what Paul in OKC is going to try for someone
in another thread, by modifying a carbide tip MT model.

Mine are either carbide tipped or HSS, also, not soft steel.

Just wanted to clarify.:)

Is it true? Your MT2 Dead Center is sold out? When will you expect them?

Is it true? Your MT1 Dead Center is sold out too? When will you expect them? I ordered your bushings and never thought to get the Dead center...That was a mistake on my part!
