Hi all,
I noticed that Daniel was also from Reno. I sent him a PM, introduced myself and asked if I could drop by and see his shop.
He gave an enthusiastic invitation and I stopped by just the other day. As a small world story, I sometimes take lots of different routes home from work, trying to avoid the little bit of Reno traffic jams that I occasionally encounter. One of my favorite routes goes right by his house.
What a great guy he is. Showed me his shop, which is twice the size of my little shop and showed me his private collection, etc. He offered to help with just about anything I need. I do have lots of rookie questions and he is very open to sharing his knowledge and getting me up the skill ladder.
Just wanted you all to know that the folks on this site are even cooler in person.
