Thought you all might enjoy this. It kind of made my day!

_4000 miles for a pen? _

When I literally stumbled upon the image of Mr. Lee’s pink ivory pen via the Google search engine, it was love on first sight! His simple yet elegant design really brought out the natural beauty of the wood. So I decided to give it a try. I was pleasantly surprised about the extremely good service I was about to receive. We exchanged many emails for the next several weeks and he always replied very fast and friendly and mostly even more detailed than I had hoped for. He sent me in-progress pictures of my pens and even let me chose the blank for my snakewood pen. I really couldn’t have been happier with his service.
They took quite a while to ship to *Vienna, Austria in Central Europe* but he packed them perfectly and they arrived here in absolutely mint condition.
The woods he used for my pink ivory and my snakewood pen are just awesome! The workmanship is perfect and his “crazy glue†finish is really super!
I’m 100% satisfied and already thinking about future orders.
4000 miles for a pen? Anytime again!

With my best regards,
J. Sagmeister

Nice letter, By reading it it looks like you want quite a ways in earning it as well. A letter like that is as rewarding as someone buying your pen, if not more.

Great letter Lee! Where is the picture of the pen? With an outstanding letter like that, and no picture Lee. ;)

Seriously thanks for sharing the letter Lee.
That's good inspiration for us all.

Now that is one satisfied customer. I think I would frame that and have it on display at shows, etc.
Lee, I enjoy seeing customers pleased and making comments about how pleased they are with their purchase and service. Only good things can follow :). You deserve it.

Thanks guys... Yea, made me feel great when I got that in my e-mail.

The pens order was just for a pair of Euros. CSUSA brand Black-ti and Gold-Ti

Not the best photo, but I just took a snap shot to send over to the buyer. In the background is the black leather cases, AZ supply maybe? I forget, but the look very nice.

Oddly, the pens look very diffrent in size, but they really are the same!

The miracle of the wide-angle lens! If you have the option - zoom to longer focal length (and increase subject distance) to get less distortion...

Do you get many letters like that Lee? If so you might think about getting all the doorways in your house widened, I know my head would swell up huge if I got letters like that[8D].

Thanks for sharing the pictures with us Lee. The snakewood really makes an awesome pen.
I can see why she was so satisfied.
Keep up the great work!

Fantastic pens, but an even GREATER story. If that doesn't make you feel good then I am not sure what will. You should frame that one!

Congratulations :)
