Looking for ideas on building (not buying) custom made pen presentation cases.

That is a beautiful piece of work.

Maybe I used the wrong word (presentation). What I am looking for is a shop-made gift box for individual pens when they are given or sold.

Here is one that I make that is pretty easy. I got the directions from somewhere on the net but can not find the site now for some reason.
