I was one of those that originally denigrated the new CSUSA site. I've now had the necessity to order online and feel more positive about it. OK it needs tweeking here and there, like adding photos of some pen blanks, but I found that ordering was easier and faster than before. For us Brits I think the service is fantastic. I placed the order so that it was waiting for them to open on Monday morning and have been informed by UPS that it will be delivered tomorrow (WEDNESDAY). Now, that's what I call service. Give the new site a chance!

Wait till you get the bill from UPS, it can follow a week or two later.
Never use UPS always use USPS it is a LOT cheaper.

Hi Mark,
Thanks for your comment re UPS. I've been using them for about 2 years now and have found them to be no more expensive than USPS. I also pay charges on delivery never 2 weeks later. The goods I ordered on Monday morning have now just arrived and its Wednesday 8.45am.
