I have to say, I had my first SNAFU with CSUSA (also my first order, nearly my last), and my first dealing with their idea of customer service.....
Holy cow!!
They "made me an offer I couldn't refuse". They have secured a customer for life! I will even wait for the crazy long shipping times, if I have to. I won't go into specifics about what their proposal was to fix the problem, but I will say I have never seen a company bend over backward like this one for a dissatisfied customer. I wish more companies would treat their customers this way.
