I have to say, I had my first SNAFU with CSUSA (also my first order, nearly my last), and my first dealing with their idea of customer service.....

Holy cow!!

They "made me an offer I couldn't refuse". They have secured a customer for life! I will even wait for the crazy long shipping times, if I have to. I won't go into specifics about what their proposal was to fix the problem, but I will say I have never seen a company bend over backward like this one for a dissatisfied customer. I wish more companies would treat their customers this way.
Nils, I know that you frequent this forum, so please pass on my complete satisfaction to your crew!!

If they could keep stock on thier most popular items, they would be up there close to retail sainthood. A fantastic bunch of people to deal with.

Actually we don't need to stop making pens, we would need to stop the bulk buys, which is what depletes their inventory.

Sorry, Draken, but I don't believe that for one minute. If that's the case, please explain why they are out of the chrome sketcher's pencil. This is likely a combination of events, including delivery issues from Taiwan...but it's also an inventory management issue. [8D]
