Hello !

I had a customer who wanted to purchase everything needed for a pen by himself, and than send the stuff to me. I gave him detailes on needed articles from CSUSA web site, and he ordered and payed with his Mastercard. But after 4-5 weeks the stuff still was not hear, and we came to conclusion it got lost in the mail (he used USPS; with UPS this would not happened, but is cost around 115$). He contacted the CSUSA, and they have return his money in few days, without any problem. Wow, was I supriesed on their reaction. Great attitude to the customers.

They have always been great with me. UPS lost a box I needed urgently, CSUSA sent another box overnight USPS at no charge to me.

I have learned that if you have a problem with something from CSUSA, talk to someone and they will fix the issue. I stopped buying from them a while back because of problems but after speaking with Kirk and Dan at a show, they have won me back as a customer.

This is interesting . I haven't ordered anything from them for several months . I was just looking at my catalog yesterday , and they have the FP kits I want . Guess I'll just have to order and see how it goes .
