I had a customer who wanted to purchase everything needed for a pen by himself, and than send the stuff to me. I gave him detailes on needed articles from CSUSA web site, and he ordered and payed with his Mastercard. But after 4-5 weeks the stuff still was not hear, and we came to conclusion it got lost in the mail (he used USPS; with UPS this would not happened, but is cost around 115$). He contacted the CSUSA, and they have return his money in few days, without any problem. Wow, was I supriesed on their reaction. Great attitude to the customers.
