CSUSA at Woodworking Show

Craft Supplies USA had a booth at the roving Woodworking show that passed through Hartford this weekend. Along with some folks from AAW chapters Central CT Woodturners and Central New England Woodturners along with some IAP members we had 6 pen turners helping out. We kept a turning station going full tilt all day long. There were 3 mini lathes and we mentored the public making pens all day long.

It was a lot of fun and the public really seemed to enjoy it. Folks waited in line for up to 2 hours to get a chance to turn a pen.

CSUSA had a great setup and provided all the blanks and kits for free.

They've been coming to our local show in Denver for years. They bring more than you'd think they could and are an anchor to our show. I second what Bill says emphatically.

I was able to help them out at the Columbus, Oh. show this past January. It was a lot of fun and I would do it again.
