Where to begin.....................I ordered 1 baseball blank and 1 football blank about a week ago ......................................right away got a return e-mail that the football lanks would have to made and could be shipped out at the end of the week ........a few days later recieved another e-mail they were readly was I still interested........I sent payment and here is were everything has become a list of new experiences .......paypal sent my payment to a gentleman in the U.K. ...........5 phone calls to paypal and talking with 7or 8 different people they fixedthe problem........in the mean time Keith (creativewriting) has pm'd several times and said was just going to send them and I could pay when paypal gets everythin resolved (great customer service in my opinion)......well I recieved the blanks yesterday and our great postal service as crushed the blanks beyond repair......When I opened the package the blanks are so much more beautiful in person than the pictures on here they are true work of art( no I am not being paid to say this)...... My purpose for this post is to say that the customer service I have recieved is superb and the timelyness in responses are outstanding.....this is not a full time job for most people on this forum but yet hey give better customer service companys that do this everyday and for there sole business. I just want to thank Keith and everyone else on here that goes above and beyond everytime they send a package out. I hope this never changes on this forum. And a shameless plug for the blanks if you have not held one, order one and see them in person, they are truely spectacular IMHO.
