It just seems way more vain than is proper. Arrrrrrrggggghhhhhh!

I did not say anything about proper. I mearly implied that your vanity was normal.

BTW: Great job on the cast.

If you feel that bad about it, you can send me one of those blanks as pentence.:giggle:

Don't beat yourself up, I think alot of people would do the same, I know I would. Maybe a bag of mixed emotions.....pride, happiness, surprise, etc. Congrats!

Hey Don you have it as your background on your computer what more do you need?:biggrin: It is a great looking pen so just get over it:highfive::wink:. LOL. Just keep up the great work.

Hey Don , don't feel bad about it , I did the same thing till you knocked me off the featured spot :frown::rolleyes::biggrin: just kidding . Great pentel made with a fantastic blank . Bask in the limelight , you deserve it .

I remember when I got my first 'cover shot'. My wife did about 100 screen prints and gave them to all her mates.
Do yourself a favour and save a copy ( Print Screen ) in your album.

When you are feeling down one day, then go and have a look:biggrin::wink:

Don when my pen was the featured pen I would check it constantly, every time some one came over to the house or shop I would show them . It's really an honor to have your pen as the Centerfold as it were, Think how many pens are shown in SOYP and then realize that yours was one that made the front page. Dude it floored me when mine made it.

Yeah, I was surprised myself. I didn't even know how that worked, and wasn't shooting for it. I was just excited about a new batch of techniques that I used on that pen (Pentel turning, that design blank, etc.)

Just out of curiosity, who actually decides whose pen is the featured pen? I'm just wondering what the process is for choosing one (if there really is one). Congrats again, by the way!
