I tried the 5flat thing but it would not let me do it. So I used the 7flat. That worked fine. It was over $100 order too. non pen related though.

They MAY be using this as research. One part of the country (Ca and environs) gets $5, others get $7, measure the impact of each on sales. So, if your zip code doesn't match where they sent the $5 offer, you ain't gonna getit!!
