Kudos to CSUSA customer service! I had a faulty pen tube coupler on a JG-II they replaced with no hassle and they sold me a replacement JG-II center band assembly that I fouled up...$1 price for that! Replacing the coupler met my expectations but salvaging a $14 kit for a $1 charge exceeeded my expectations.

I'm happy with them every time i swing by there, and that's a lot cause i live 3 blocks away from the showroom (yes, its awesome, but my wallet suffers)
