Craft shows

I am going to be visiting my aunt in the Seal Beach area and I am wondering if there are any craft shows or farmers markets in the area I might be able to set up at? It would be February or March, haven't decided. What sort of permits would I need for that? Just pay the booth fee? Do you guys collect sales tax at the shows? Anyone that can point me in the right direction?

I don't live up in that area, so am not able to speak to any venues, permits booth fees. The state would want you to collect sales tax as there would be tangible goods involved. I think there's a way to get a temporary sellers permit. It's been a long time since I investigated that.
