I am wondering if there is such a thing out there to sync a desktop, laptop, netbook and maybe a smartphone so that you can track things like calendars, tasks, appts, contacts and such. Something that if you change it on one device it shows up in the other devices. Is there maybe something built into Windows 7 or maybe some software I can download to do it? Does this even make sense:confused::biggrin:

Some services provide "Virtual" Back-up where you can save photos, projects, documents and all with their on-line program. It is then available to you through that "virtual drive" no matter what place or computer source you work from. I think that would do what you're talking about. Other than that, I don't know.

If you find something tangible, I'd like to know!

there are some online sales contact systems that might accomplish that. You would need internet access on all your machines but they could tap into the same online system so it would always be in sinc. I think ACT has an online version as does salesforce. I think salesforce is rather pricey though.

Thanks to Alphageek - I have started using Toodledo. I like it so far since it is web based. I also noticed that Windows Live as well as google as a calendar and contacts but haven't figured out to use for both myself and my wife's accounts.
