Grateful for advice as how to communicate with PSI from an Internationl customer. Phone calls are too expensive. All requests to their Customer services result with nil responses. I am not sure if my mails to them are going thru. E-mails sent to their customer services do not show their E-mail address and thus unable to track if they have received them accept a computer generated message that a response will be forthcoming.
My reason for communicating with them is to buy spares for their kits that I have purchased. They are extremely efficient when I order thru their shopping cart. Is there someone from PSI on IAP? That would be a help. Thanks
