Last week I happened upon the Technivorm and a coffee forum for serious coffee lovers. The Technivorm 741 is kinda pricy, $300.00 on Amazon and that is just for straight brew coffee maker. It brews coffee with a fairly constant 200° at the filter. "The ideal temp for the perfect brewed coffee."

After looking at the forum, they are SERIOUS about their machines - almost as opinionated as we are here over our individual lathes, tools, pens, methods and finishes!
