I have been casting cobra for a little while and am at my wit's end (short distance). The blanks turn out good but the color is impacted by the heat (they go from white with black accents to a hodge podge of black, grey and white with no discernible control over how they discolor). I have tried lightening the accelerant and increasing the accelerant to no obvious difference. Anyone cast cobra have any tips? Don't get me wrong, I like the way they turn out but its not what I expected and would like to be able to control the discoloration somewhat. I have cast every other type of snake I can get my hands on and this is the first that discolors so badly. I attached a picture of what I am talking about (sorry for the pic quality as it is off my phone but it gives you an idea of the solid white cobra skin's discoloration after casting).
